Terrible experience at Mowana Spa

<p>I received vouchers for Mowana Spa as a gift. I booked for a beauty treatment which first of all is such a procedure with very rude staff. When i arrived I was then told that my booking was not confirmed... I had to search on my email that I had sent proof of payment two weeks prior and the balance was with the vouchers... which after pulling out the vouchers, after the staff member had a little laugh, sayes to me my vouchers are only for pamper packages and not beauty treatments. Pamper / beauty...all the same thing right. Surely when u have a voucher for a spa...you should be able to use it on any treatment. How is an individual supposed to know that upon booking what is accepted treatments to use vouchers on. Rude staff, arrogant and unhelpful. So much so that I tore up the vouchers and left to never return. .. </p>
