Misleading services

Are you ready to be herded around and subjected to unqualified "massage the******s", the dare opt for Mowana's pamper journeys. The the******s who work on you ("feet" massage and "head and shoulder massages" have no idea what they are doing), after enquiring, the story is that the ladies who work during these mass package days, are contracted in and given 2 days training...a year! Get ready to be rubbed with moisturizer...and pinched... Terrible terrible experience. False advertising. You will not receive a massage, even if it says..massage. Massage the******s train to understand anatomy, pressure etc etc. Stay away.

I complained, and the "trainer/manager?" said, yes...to have access to trained the******s..you need to book standard therapies...not packages...so what was I signing up for? It said "massage" and relaxation...not be rubbed with oils for half a day by unqualified contractors.
