Pathetic service

I needed a few items to be moved for my daughter on Saturday. Everything went so smooth until I asked for a time on Saturday. That was Friday at 13:06. I am still waiting. Cannot call as no line. WhatsApp says they will get to me shortly. Well 4 days later I am still waiting
