Terrible terrible.

I signed the contract, selected my preferred sale date and paid the deposit. Only a week later did I receive confirmation that they got my contract and deposit but no confirmation that the sale date is accepted. I took all the photos myself not them. A week (7days) before the sale, 2 whole weeks after i sent the photos I queried what it is happening, since the contract states sales are posted 7 days prior. I haven’t even seen the pricing list or anything at this point. Then she came with long stories how busy she is bla bla bla. The sale was posted that Tuesday (4days before the sale,not 7)

2 days before the sale She then came with more stories of how she won’t be coming to the sale, I need to receive all the buyers and payments by myself (which was not agreed upon signing the contract) It was said that I must ensure all outstanding payment be done via eft before they leave out my door. Yet many many buyers paid HER the full amount or came with cash expecting change which I didn’t have. Some even told me I’m the **** because that’s not how they pay. Making me look like the *** for asking them to do the eft while at my house.

One of her buyers sent a courier to pick up furniture. This person paid the agent directly, Not me. The courier pitched up after 7pm after I waited at home the whole day. Two days later she (agent) is refusing to pay the money her buyers paid into her account because the courier damaged the furniture. She’s gaslighting me for THEIR mistakes.

I gave her till end of the day to pay my money into my account or I will take legal action. This whole business has been such a schlep to work with.

And the way the agent badmouths her own “regular” buyers to me is a freaking joke!!!
