Rules!!

Ive been attending the moving on sales in port elizabeth for the past few months now. I have had a bad experience every single time i went. Here are a few points id like to mention: 1* The rules they set out before the time doesnt seem to be for all the persons attending. For example take what you can carry in your HANDS and get a price. This is never followed as people have huge BAGS where they just stuff everything they can grab in them not following the rule what you can carry in your hands. 2* It seems that some people are being treated diffrently than others, meaning some rules apply to some and not to others. 3* One staff member can be very unpleasant when dealing with, screaming and shouting and even threatining to be banned making a person very uncomfortable when being approached. Feeling like he is looking for reason everytime i attend to fight with me. Worst of all while fighting about a certain thing the next person is doing exactly as i was right next to this staff member but nothing are being said to them. 4* some of the customers have a little routine they do by grabbing items with tags on it putting it outside on a pile to wait for negotiations to start then the staff will say nothing about that. What about the other persons that was willing to pay full prices for those items. Ive even seen customers hiding items untill the very last minute when everybody is almost gone the items will come out to be negotiated on. *5 i have noticed that there are things being hidden away for certain customers to find whislt others didnt even know was there or even available to buy. So where were these items the whole time? 6*the rules dont work out!! Its not being followed. You dont see whats going because your staff members dont notice everything because their to busy with their favourites. I feel victomized because of this mans bad attitude. The staff doesnt realize that some persons know better and if they not willing to listen to opinion or recommendations this will only get worse. I know for a fact i will never attend again.
