Moving on sells second hand goods for sale to people registered on their site. The agents selling goods for people leaving the country are mostly reasonable with payment. The payment policy is fluid since most agents accepts the balance post deposit in cash. The insistence to pay immediately rather than pay cash on viewing means you pay an additional R50 as service fees. You effectively pay an additional R50 for all items, this they argue is on you. Similarly when you pay in advance you have not seen the item physically and have to accept it once payment has been made by EFT. Additionally aside from this inconsistency, no consumer right is afforded to change your mind. They simply take your deposit and argue policy. Ludicrous. Additionally you have to contend with agents that clearly have no demeanor to appropriately handle the issues. Previous efforts to negotiate solutions were met with contempt and in further instances they unilaterally blocked the user, me, from purchasing as if the right to Trade and be difficult was afforded to them alone. Obscure reasoning contrary to our consumer protection act. Suppose this behavior normalised by quiet obedience.
