moving on Borer Beetle Bluff

I purchased 6 wooden chairs via the Moving on website.I was instructed by the agent to collect the items at 12.30 pm last Saturday in somerset west,which i did. On seeing the chairs I immediately noticed that they were full of wood beetle,holes with saw dust underneath the seats and in some case on the top of the seats. The agents immediately apologised and advised me they had too many items to go through and couldnt check everything. later during whatsapp communication they advised they had checked the chairs for stability and they were not defective-they dont consider chairs full of holes defective? i wanted them to refund me for the R200 fuel it had cost me to travel from table view to somerset west and back-naturally they would not entertain that. So Buyers be warned and ask questions upfront to avoid the expensive unnecessary costs.
