Bad service

I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience.Temperatures, hand sanitizer and a register is filled in by everyone before they enter the sale, plus there is always sanitizer on the desk where you pay.  Any time anyone wants hand sanitizer they are welcome to request it.  With regard to social distancing if you were at the sale early enough to hear the talk given before you enter, we always stress and ask people to please be considerate and stick to social distancing – this is something that is the responsibility of each individual and the more people who enforce it and remind others around them the better it will be. I am so glad to know there will be someone other than us constantly requesting people to keep their distance. With regard to you physically putting a tag on an item to book it I do not understand, as the sale does not and has never worked that way.  The rule is if you remove a tag you take the item at the price on the tag you cannot then negotiate.  Items that are negotiated on, where no-one has taken the tag, we generally allow everyone to put in their offers and the highest offer is accepted, if it is in within the clients reserve price.  Once you have put your offer in, you cannot then offer a higher price once it has  been revealed what the winning offer is that got the item.  That would not be fair. As you can see from the wide range of clients we have of every age and colour we definitely do not discriminate according to colour otherwise we would not have them coming back week after week. We see people not colour and generally we all have fun and respect each other and the rules. Again really sorry you had a bad experience – that is definitely not what we want people to have who come to the sales.
