Bad Service

I booked these 4 items on moving on at 7:00am the morning.They respond at about 8:30am with a attitude no customer service at all as if i owe them something i was polite on my messages thent o be told they cant reserve items we must collect on the day.Its amazing how things change day to day.I will never purchase again from them bad bad bad service and they are so rude!!!!

I am sorry you had bad service, all our agents are very busy and sometimes there Xare under tremendous pressure. NO EXCUSE...
