WORST SERVICE!!!

DO NOT USE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Collection date was arranged for mid-day Friday and after the worst run-around collection happened the next Saturday night only.

Truck driver pitched with a full truck , which meant we couldn’t load our things on, delaying us even more. There was no muscle to move furniture, and had to organize our own on our OWN COST?!!!

Then we were promised a 16 hour expectation for cross city relocation (so Sunday afternoon) - but delivery happened only the Monday afternoon.

Our entire relocation was delayed by more than 48 hours.

Apologies were meaningless and NOTHING DONE to compensate for the WORST service.
