Moving Easy Relocations is the worst removal company!

This is the worst relocation company!

I wanted to move my furniture from Johannesburg to Cape Town and found via the Kandua website. I agreed the date on which I needed my furniture to be in Cape Town, paid deposit and insurance. First problem is that they promised to collect at 16:00 and ended up collecting at 22:00 on a Thursday. Second problem is that their driver signed off on a checklist based on the inventory list I provided on the Kandua website instead of what they actually loaded on the truck. Then I discovered that they had left 3 pieces of furniture which they had checked off on their list. They promised to collect those pieces on Friday morning and ended up picking them up on Friday after 22:00. By this time, I was skeptical that my furniture would arrive in Cape Town on Saturday as agreed with the company. In the end, my furniture only arrived in Cape Town on Wednesday night. Then they wanted extra money because they needed to use a smaller truck to deliver to my area, which they told me 2 hours before delivering my furniture. There were no updates, the owner's phone was off the whole weekend and my calls were ignored until Wednesday when they knew the truck had arrived in Cape Town. The drivers were rude, wanting to deliver my furniture at 23:30 at night. Absolute disaster!
