Bad service and distrustful

I had arranged transportation of goods from Pretoria to Durban and was given dates of a pick up and drop. I had luckily informed the company that I would pay 50% on pickup and the other half on drop off. The company did not pitch on the 3 day window they had given. Upon requesting a refund, they deducted R250 cancellation fee, when I did not cancel but was let down. After 2 weeks of constantly calls and being put through hurdles and broken promises of money being tranferred, when it was not, they sent me proof of payment on R1000 on the 3rd week. But payment was not made and they admitted that it was an issue on their end . I have still not received reimbur*****t, and am suspicious of the proof payment that they are sending via standard bank. I am however grateful that I did not entrust my goods which are worth thousands. I would not recommend this company.
