Horrible

Very dissatisfied with their service.

The actual move was great however after sending them my inventory list they arrived with only a bakkie to which I told them that it's too small they then told me I must pay more because they didn't expect my furniture to need more than just the bakkie (keep in mind that I sent an inventory list and nothing was left off the list)

After the move we were told that we need to make payment immediately before they leave even though the invoice said "due by 11 May 2021. Only 50% is due on the move day.

After speaking to Sean and telling him I will pay the balance the next day as according to the invoice there is still time he then agreed and the proceeded to message the labourers that full payment must beade before they leave.

Very poor service and they do not abide by their own invoicing terms.

I will not recommend them and I will never use them again. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts is because the labourers were nice and moved my stuff quickly and carefully.
