Refund on goods purchased

I bought a pair of shoes at moveon shop in fourways on 30th March and my daughter returned the shoes on 5th April 2025. Icould only present the card used to pay for the shoues on 6th April 2025. on 6th April the ladies in the store claim I came after 7 days lapsed to get a refund and they said the option available is to exchange. I explained to them that I need a refund because the shoes were for matric dance and I needed the money so that I could consider other stores. I received no assistance. I sent an email to the head office through their website Moveon to date no response on the matter and my money is still at the store. I need help please. Mpho
