Poor service

Bought shoes on my birthday which is the 20, it was a big size, I returned it on the 21, I was told they will call me, once they got another pair from eastgate. Nobody called, I went to the store 3times,everytime I was told they will get size 5 from eastgate, went back again on Friday I was told to come back on Monday, went again today, I'm told to come back on Wednesday. What a poor and super slow service
