worst ever real estate agency

Move in properties out of all of the real estate agencies I have ever dealt with must be the worst. On the 01/04/2015 I saw a place on OLX sent an message through on the add saying that I was interested in the property and was it still available I got a responses nearly half a day later requesting an email address as to where they (Kay) can send details after about another hour or 2 I sent the message again with regards to the property then only got an email in the email they state the property is available and that I need to pay a registration fee of R350.00 to view the place. I responded to the mail stating: \Hello Kay
