Very Bad Service

Customers need to register and pay to make use of there service for assisting in viewing properties to rent but no proper service is received..<br> <br> Emails are not answered and service is just very very bad.<br> <br> They keep on sending emails about new properties listed and that you need to register but nothing happens from there.<br> <br> I also need to understand since when do you pay an agent to view properties.
