Bad service from MOVE IN PROPERTY.

I corresponded with Lezanne to see property to rent. I had to pay R350 before I was allowed to see the property and she would make the appointment for me at 5pm with owner. I paid money just after 4pm and I was accused this was after hours. I also sent her the proof of payment. We had a pre-arrangement that I would see the owner at 5pm so after I had paid I left to meet the owner. She never arranged the meeting as stated in emails and I couldn't get hold of her. We waited for 2 hours and eventually thought we were ****med. No one at this office seems to want to help me. Their policy states they will commit to showing 3 properties on 1 day. She couldn't commit to one. I did not sign any T&C's. I am insisting on my money back because of bad service. I has been 4 days without any response. I talked to Deolene who is the manager at this office but still no response.
