BEWARE THIS COMPANY

If you are planning any international shipping beware this company. They promise personal caring service to get your business but then do not deliver on this promise. My recent move to South Africa using them was a litany on disasters - the moving vehicle that can to collect our shipment already had other goods on board so there was not sufficient for all our belongings - 5 week delay in collecting remaining goods - resulting in two seperate shipments so large container we paid for was half empty - items from first shipment smashed on arrival in South Africa - nothing on separate shipment wrapped so items again broken - we were obliged to pay for two lots of port fees - whole process took over 4 months not the 2 months promised so we were obliged to camp in an empty house until our furniture & belongings arrived. All emails of complaint simply ignored - an appalling and very stressful experience.
