BAD SERVICE

My daughter arranged for removal of her household items - paid in full in order to reserve booking. Truck never arrived despite numerous promises and excuses. By the third day we realised that this was not going to happen and arranged for another removal company to assist. Informed Vanessa / Gerhard and requested a refund of the amount paid. Still no refund and no reaction to email / calls. Have proceeded with legal action.
