All round disappointment

Dealing with Move n Store was the worst nightmare I have ever had. They come across professional for your first consultation and believe me I did my homework before hiring them. The friendly nature and reassuring that my goods will be safe was what won me over. Boy was I wrong. From cleverly hidden costs which broke the bank to water damaged and wreck less staff. The worst was the blatant theft. All of this and then the call dodging from owner and manager. I am shocked at how other people can hold you hostage when they have your goods in storage and then claim no responsibility to any damages and loss. **************** is what it boils down to. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
