I will never refer anyone to use this business. I contacted Fabian, the owner, on the 6th of March to see how soon the company can courier a bicycle from Cape to Pretoria, I had no response so I called on the 8th, in which he seemed real nice and said they can collect the bicycle the next day and deliver it anytime from the 13th or 14th. This option is more expensive since it should be done this quick. He never contacted me, but I had to be the one who keeps on contacting him. On the 9th I told him the bike was never collected, in which he said he'll make sure it's collected on the 9th and stick to the delivery date. Still, nothing. The next day (the 10th) he asked if he can collect the bike, in which I said yes, and again, nothing!I phoned him again, in which we arranged for the bike to be collected on Monday (the day that delivery should have been expected already), and still no-one showed up. I phoned him again, and he said someone will still show up that same day. Many arrangements from there on... and still the sama problem. I phoned him today, on the 20th, another day which was arranged for collection, and still no bicycle collected. This is now already close to the date given in which I would pay less to wait this long for the bicycle to be delivered, and still nothing from their side. What a waste of time.
