Undelivered service after a deposit is paid .

On the 28/06/2020 we went to but the taps at the hardware and gave deposit to a man called Joseph money to buy material for bathroom cabinets material. The next day he dropped his workers and said he is going to buy the material and later he called to advise the material has been ordered and as soon as it arrives they will start to cut. Later that day he collected his workers and it also happened for the second and third day with out the material being delivered and they had already removed the old cabinets .he started ignoring my calls and eventually answered and till today he has been promising to give back my money and nothing received from him so far.it is so disappointing to support local businesses and this happens .
