13 Years of porvident fund missing

I am writing this report on behalf of my father Amos Noble ID# ***. He has been working for Abraham Mouton from 19/02/2002 to 11/05/2015 and then he went on pension. The name of the company was at first Moutons Transport but October 2013 the name changed to Sylmou Carriers (PTY)Ltd. When Amos Noble went on pension he found that there is no pension fund for him. Every week since he started working for Abraham Mouton, an R206.73 was deducted for provident fund. During December months an amount of R826.92 was deducted. The deducted funds was paid into a fund at Sanlam, but when contacted [Email Removed] there was no records of Amos Noble. He is now on pension with no funds to live from accept his government grand.
