Poor service

Very dissatisfied with the service I received from the receptionist on clock now. I phoned in for my sons admission and she is busy telling that she is doing me a favour because of the card issue while she’s got my ID number - how is she doing me a favour because I am paying for my medical aid. So frustrating, and she hangs up on me.
