I bought a wiki deal coupon for this place. The only exclusions were long weekends and public holidays. I wanted to book for 28 -29 September. I was told that it is the whale festival this weekend and that they are not booking wiki deals on this weekend there I had to book with them directly. As it was not a long weekend or public holiday I pointed out that this was not an exclusion as per the wiki deal fine print. I was then told it was their prerogative despite this not being in the wiki deal fine print exclusions... and that they will be full on that week anyway despite me wanting to now make a booking while there is availability. They then went on to say that it is a busy weekend in Herm**** and that they can make R2200 that weekend as apposed to the R1100 (wikideal).

I am aggrieved as I have purchased a wiki deal as advertised then to be turned away by the establishment because they could make more money and not honor their wiki deal when there clearly was availability and they have not included the whale festival in their exclusions.
