Failure to communicate

I went to Mountain View Manor to make a booking for a Sunday lunch. I found an employee there but was told to call the manager (Sharon Ranks) who was not there. When I spoke to her she told me she didn't have the info available on her but would call back to confirm availability. 24 hours later, no call back. After several attempts to reach her on her cell I eventually gave up. Luckily Saint's Bistro came to the rescue. Really disappointed in Sharon for failing to communicate and ignoring my missed calls.
