Superb service

<p>My wife and I bought a 2kg olive pack from Pick 'n Pay at a good price. On opening the tub the olives were totally unpalatable. We mailed the olive company and received replies from a director Yvette, regretting the unacceptable experience. Yesterday DHL delivered a gift hamper for each of us. Suoerb olive contents in a stunningly wrapped and ribboned box. The gesture more than makes up the money spent on the unacceptable product and establishes the company as one that does give an olive rather than not giving a "fig". Well done and a superb website as well.</p>
