Incomplete repair, didn't send back all parts

We purchase a Lasec UB 102l LED Microscope, Binocular ACHR 4x10x40x100x oil, after a few weeks the light bulb start failing so we send it back to supplier, us paying for courier service. After repair it was sent back but without the observation tube clamping ***** and the Allen *****driver. I immediately contacted Henry Kruger, director from Mouldmed and my contact, mails have been to and fro since December 6, 2014. I haven't received any other communication since 9th of February. Needles to say without that specific ***** I can't use the microscope and can't purchase it in a normal hardware store. I urgently need that part and it is unfair that after all the trouble they have put us through and all the money we have spent, we can't get an answer.
