Mouldex REALLY not a Mould making express

<p>On July 4 I emailed Mouldex to get a quote for making a mould and also for the unit cost once going into production.</p> <p>First they took 3 days to get back to me and claimed they did not receive my email. Then I sent it again to the same email and this time they got it and the lady informed me that a guy called Nick will get back to me. Then I waited another 6 days and still I didnt receive any feedback or request for drawings, nothing. Only when I enquired again as to when I will receive my quote, on 13 July, Nick rep**** and asked me to please send him drawings and ASSURED me that I now have his "Complete attention". So I send him the detailed drawings and 3D model of the unit I need.</p> <p>Since then I emailed on July 18 AND July 20 to ask when I'm going to receive my quote, and to date 25 July I have had no response or correspondence whatsoever. Its been 21 days since my innitial email and I still haven't received any quotation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its really appauling service and I will not recommend their service to anyone needing something injection moulded.</p>
