Staff is *****ing

It what happened after my stay and i forgot my phone and cordless mouse. I returned a few days later to pick it up, but it was not there. The receptionist said all things left behind are handed in, in no circumstances did she go look for it, but sms someone about it. I was told they going to call me, it was two days ago still waiting the call. Ive check on microsoft's website about my phone, i left there about 9am, my phone was on the premises untill 11.30am at which time i was already checked-in in Strand. I have proof about this.
