Renault Technical Support (After-sales)

I have been a Renault fan forever, I have also been sending our vehicles to a specific Renault Dealer (Pretoria). The last two vehicles was an absolute horror show. One Service left the car with *****s missing, the entire engine bay full of oil and the air intake pipes not fitted correctly.

Atrocious service from Techs that have no respect for clients vehicles and do their best to do half a job.

Last thing is I had to fill my car with water, because some techs think we are stupid.

They cannot confirm what OEM Coolant is supp**** by Renault. As per management, the coolant is apparently already diluted? How and why even.

This is after the car was there for 6 weeks waiting for a part. They had to spend another 3 days extra to fix the half a job they did.

I still waiting on response from MOTUS as well.
