price fixing

I received a very bad service from MOTUS TOYOTA KEMPTON PARK. I saw a car from their website going for R 349 900. I filled in application and got pre-approval then the salesperson tells me at the later stage that they made error on the price of a car. imagine, I wonder if thus their strategy of advertising their cars.
