Poor customer service

I would like to share the bad customer service an currently receiving at Mercedes bens Constantia- Kloof dealership.

Ordered parts in first week of August. I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days. We are now at the end of the month. Tried calling the service advisor (Nishelle) who does not take my calls. Call always goes to reception who tells me that is is too busy and will call back but she never does….the same story every time. Emailed them and no response. Bad customer service and something I would have never expected from the brand.
