Hyundai Bad Service

Bad bad service. I bought a 2nd hand car at Hyundai. The car gave us issues within a week of having it. I reported the matter to them and ask if they can rather change a car with another one or try get funding for a new one since I have lost confidence in a car but they refused. Are we not within our rights if you have a car for a week to request replacement if not setisfied?
