Bad Services

I would like to put a complaint in regarding VW Kempton Park.

I bought a Mazda CX5 from the 2nd hand division on the 30th June 2023.

My experience started off extremely disappointing with no communication from the office.

On the 29th June the sales person informed me that I could come and collect my car, only to find out once my husband took time off work, that the finance was not ready and we had to come back the following day, this was very disappointing and inconvenience, but we accepted it as these things happen.

We took delivery of the vehicle on the 30th June 2023.

When taking delivery of the vehicle we reported that the passenger’s seat sensor stays on while driving.

On the 24th July 2023 the sales representative Bongi collected the vehicle to make sure that the correct part gets ordered for the sensor, I received my car back the following day saying that he has ordered the sensor.

On the 31st July 2023 he collected the car again only to bring it back saying that the incorrect sensor was ordered and they will have to place another order.

On the 10th August 2023 he collected the car again saying that it is going to Mazda itself, on the 17th August, I phoned Mazda to ask if my car was there and they had no records of my car being brought in.

I then phoned the DP Jermey who informed me he will get Bongi to call me back, I eventually phoned the Service Manager Riaan asking if my car is there, he informed me that my car is indeed there.

I asked why is my car still there for a hole week and nothing has been done, I still don’t have a concrete answer.

I eventually got my car back on the 17th August still not repaired.

They collected my car again on the 5th September and took it to Mazda Germiston

I was told that they need to order the senor.

During all this time I have not had feedback from VW Kempton Park, if I don’t phone them then I won’t have answers. Is this how VW treats their clients?????/

I try and contact Bongi with no success all I get from VW Kempton Park is empty commitments.

I bought a car to enjoy and if this is the service that VW Kempton Park gives there clients then it’s shocking and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I’ll also be placing this on Hello Peter……………………. And all possible social media platforms as my experience of buying a nice car is nothing but disappointing thanx to VW.

Please could someone get back to me on how to take this matter forward. As all I have had thus far is the run around.

I understand that Mazda is not VW brand, but then they should not sell it………………………………
