Missing crank handle of car jack

I bought a 2021 Nissan X-trail from Motus Toyota Strijdom Park. I want to know if it is unfair from me to expect that the relevant tools, like a jack with its crank handle will be included. I had a flat tyre and the crank handle is missing.

I tried to contact the person who sold the car to me, but apparently he is not with the company anymore.

I then contacted after sales client services online, but I haven't received any reply from Motus Toyota Strijdom Park.
