Motus Toyota has gone to the gutters
Took my car for service. No faults. Alls well. I even asked about brakes and tyres.. One and half week later, my car makes brake screeching sound. Not too loud. But very clearly. Took car back and informed them. Even explained clearly from which side I can clearly hear it. They were busy. Fine. The feedback. No fault. Said i must pick up car. without customer slip. No worries. There is a Toyota service follow up. I explained the issue. That had to park car for over week now. Dunlop picked and confirmed what's wrong. Toyota customer service called again. No follow up. Is this even for real? Still no action.
