Worst service ever

I'm in Cape Town and bought a 2019 Toyota quantum from Motus Toyota Jhb, thinking they a big concern I will take a chance buying online not seeing the vehicle physically. The delivered the vehicle with dirty interior, not valet at all. Spare wheel flat with 6 punctures .cup holders broken air vent broken, The brakes shudder , wheel alignment out. Clutch pedal so hard is unreal . Vibration trough the gears . I took it to Toyota Rondabosch to check . They inspect the vehicle. Needs, clutch kit , brake disc, propshaft repairs. The quote was R38 000 . Motus refuse to pay and said the will take the vehicle back. Still not even an apology from them . 100 % sure they never checked that vehicle before it was send to me. The worst service ever. Won't recommend them to any one
