Trading Deal that Went Wrong
I traded my toyota hilux 2021 model with a VW Polo vivo 1.4 trendline 2018 and deal was concluded on the 12 Oct 2023 without me testing or seeing the Polo something I am regretting till to this day. I collected the car (VW) on 13 Friday Oct 2023 which the first time seeing the car and I picked up some issues and notified them that same day, they saw everything and agreed to fix them. I brought the car back to the dealer to be fixed on 24 Oct 2023 and collected it again on Friday and there was loud on the car and they replaced the brake pads but the sound is still the more noise coming when switching on the aircon and even after turning off the car. On the fourth time taking it back to be fixed I told them that I don't want the car anymore because they failed to identify the problem and I lodged a complaint with ombudsman MiOSA in 4 Jan 2024 aand left the car there on of 3 Jan 2024 and experiencing more issues for more than 5 months with them. Ombudsman gave a feedback saying I should have known that I am buying a second hand car they can't support my claim saying I drove the car for more 7000kms something which is a lie because the when I was trading in kms were on 126 000km while the is claiming that it was 120 000kms. I had to sell the car with webuycars and i settled the shortfall with Toyota Financial services and they were about my problem with the dealer. So be careful when you buy your car there. I would prefer to be assisted by black or white person not Indian. I wish I can add more They refused to even pay me license fees and tracker costs that incurred due to rheir faulty car. I wish I can add more about the dealer on how they are operating but I will leave it here.
