Terrible Service

Purchased a vehicle at Motus Toyota City in JHB CBD and have been struggling to get them to do a Change of Ownership for my car's tracking device. I am unable to obtain a tracker's certificate which is required by by my insurance company. I contacted the dealership 2 weeks ago and I am being given the run-around. The lack of feedback is so annoying! I have received nothing but terrible service from them from day 1, it took them forever to get me my license plate which ended up being expired and had drive around in an expired temporary license plate. Not to mention the fact that I NEVER received my spare key that I was promised. Too many problems with them, I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle there! terrible service.
