NO CLIENT SERVISE RECEIVED FROM SUZUKI SOUTH AFRICA AND MOTUS SUZIKI MENLYN

Since MOTUS opened its first SUZUKI dealership in Menlyn, Pretoria, in March 2026, I have received the worst assistance of any dealership I have ever dealt with. I took my car to the dealership at 1,000 km for wind noise while driving, and again at the first service at 15,000 km. I have lodged a complaint with Suzuki South Africa in writing on their website, and with MOTUS Suzuki Menlyn telephonically. At the time of submitting this to Hello Peter, NOBODY at Suzuki bothered to get in contact with me regarding my complaint. My complaint is still unresolved. My advice to anybody wishing to buy a Suzuki from MOTUS Suzuki Menlyn is to stay away and rather buy from the PENTA Group.
