Unqualified Technicians at Motus Select Pinetown

My daughter in law recently bought a car and on a few occasions complained that it had a starting problem. When it was finally booked in to check the fault they could not find any. It was the second car booked in on that day and they only checked the vehicle after 2pm and found no fault. The starting problem is getting worse and qualified technicians cannot find the fault. Really is this the service Motus Renault offers customers. It's a Renault Quid Auto. Even the service manager there doesn't bother to return calls. Actually nobody returns calls from that dealership. I guess once the sale is done you on your own. Obviously they don't care about repeat business.
