Renault Pinetown are a group of rogues. They sold my daughter in law a car last year and it troubled ever since. Car fault was reported numerous times and nothing was done. The salesman in question who sold the vehicle to then also mentioned that there was a starting problem with the car which happens from time to time and it was just the keys. It refused to start and they used to sit for hours waiting for the car to start. Nobody at Renault including their dealership manager showed any car at all. We just spent R15000 plus on the car to get it started and it is doing the exact same thing again. Bradley and Ricardo showed no care whatsoever as they had already done the sale so why should they. Is Thai the way that dealership operates. Car is only with her for a year now and to spend that amount of money on it. The vehicle went back to then before the warranty expired and the said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and recently I paid over a R1000 to get the car diagnosed and it picked up gearbox pump fault and that is the problem with the car. They refused to fix it because of the cost factor that's why they ****. I hope that God deals with both them and their families the same way they dealt with the issue. Don't support this business as they will lie to you especially their dealer principle.
