Worst Experience Ever

Worst place to buy a car. They completely ruined my experience when I bought my car there. In the beginning it was great that constantly contacted me, but then all of a sudden it was back and forth situation with the invoicing for me to purchase. They also did not disclaim anything was wrong with the car. There were several things and had them taken it back and fix it. I live in the South Suburbs and they use my petrol to bring my car back and forth which I felt was wrong. I didn't receive all my mats and literally ask 10 times for the mats. I was then told to contact the Sales Manager who had no idea what I was speaking of because the sales rep I was dealing with left the company. After the sales rep told me countless times it will be delivered. The sales manager says no his short staffed I must fetch it. I had my sister collect it. Then sales manager doesn't give me the Mat that fits in my car he gives me a standard Motu its Select mat that doesn't, I am not going back for mats. I should have read all the reviews here before going in to Motus Nissan Tygervalley. I wish I didn't have to give them a star.
