SURPRISE PRICE INCREASE ON PURCHASE PRICE-EXTREMELEY DISSATISFIED

I bought a car from them through finance in July which I saw on their website they changed the initial selling price of the vehicle (without the extras) and added R10 000. I picked it up on the day of delivery and I asked about it and they promised to look into it after 3 weeks they came back to me saying that “the vehicles are on a web-based website and pricing can change on the site, even after you bought the vehicle. Their T&C’s, states that price and kilometres can differ time to time”. If this is was case then what is it that they were investigating for such a long time?

Secondly they gave me a broken key it was put in a small bag I didn’t open this bag there I only opened it when I got home as I do not need the key to start the vehicle only to find out that the casing is broken I asked them if they`re aware that they gave me a broken key they said yes and promised to order a new one for me this was on the 24th of July till date (02 October 2023) I haven’t received that new casing I`ve been following up.

They have been promising but nothing happens, not sure whether its because I am a young female, who was alone at the time of purchase! At this point I am defeated and disappointed
