Motus Nissan Tygervalley Pathetic Service from workshop
I had a problem with my Magnite on Sat 1/6 needed to jumpstart my car and after that the Tyre Sensor Warning stayed on and on 4/6 took my car for the booked service. Mentioned the problem to service advisor. Collected the vehicle after they tried the whole day and eventually Service manager got it right. On Monday 10/06 drove car around, went to have tyres fitted and the car would not start and Tyre Sensor Warning Light came back on.HiQ did battery check and printout said Replace BatteryThey could not replace the battery as it was under warranty and i had to go the Nissan.I called Nissan Tygervalley at around 12 no one available left message to call(both Service Manager and Service Assistant) .At just after 2pm called again left message again. At just after 4pm called again as no one had responded to my previous calls and receptionist confirmed she had passed on my message to them and the DP and still no call back.I then told the receptionist to tell the Service advisor and manager i am going to go there the next morning without an appointment as the problem was not sorted and no one responded to my calls.I needed to keep jumper leads in car as car was not starting after stopping. I arrived there before 9 on Tuesday 11 June .I gave them the Replace Battery Slip I asked what they did previously and they said they sent the car to Battery Centre when i did the service and battery was fine according to them.I asked for the Battery Centre printout and paperwork for the test and was told there was no paperwork.I then told them to replace the battery under warranty.Their driver then took me home and once again no feedback from Nissan.I called around 4pm and was told car was not ready (they just had to replace the battery and clear Sensor Warning which took the whole day)The Service advisor called at about 4.30pm and that the driver will collect me the next morning which he did.Thusfar there is no problem with the car and starts everytime so why did they mention that it went to Battery Centre all was ok but no paperwork given or printout showing battery was indeed faulty.Did they even take it to Battery Centre? The feedback service from Nissan was pathetic and no communication from anyone regarding my vehicle as i had to do all the calling.. How can you be a Service manager when there is no service?,He did not even bother to come out of his office to greet or discuss my vehicle after it was sorted. Please do not support this dealership as the customer service (not so much the Service Advisor but the Service Manager) is shocking.
