Appalling service

I'm going to start sounding like a broken record, but customer service in this dealership is appauling. This morning I had to collect my car which they refused to even assess until the ignition is replaced. This is an ignition for a Nissan NP200, and they are charging me R11911.03, shocking right? So the tow truck gets there, we are told to go to the back where the car is stored. We get there, wait about 15 to 20 minutes, with no one in sight to attend to us. Eventually someone comes to tell us the car is infront. I'm wondering how did they manage that since they said there is nothing they can do. When I brought the car there the steering wheel was completely locked and you couldn't turn it at all. I asked Burton Cummings, the workshop manager who does not even great you by the way, how did you get the car to the front. He tells me he pushed it. I felt the steering wheel and it now moves. It is obvious something wad done to it. These people are just playing games with me because they knew exactly where the car was but had to send us to the back so we don't see how they bring the car. This is just a warning to car owners to deal with reputable dealerships. You can't trust certain dealerships, you are better off taking your vehicle else where. This is the last time I ever deal woth these people.
