A brand new car with problems from Nissan

This is the worst place to buy a car, I was sold a vehicle with a faulty infotainment system, arrangement to have the system repaired were made but to have them keep their word is a problem. The constant calling and driving to them is still a nuisance, especially because I'm still not getting helped. I didn't expect this from a brand new car dealership,

What puzzled me the most is, they said this issue has never happened before and for them to claim on warranty, the problem must happen while the car is by them and when I offered them to keep the vehicle for investigation and I asked that they offer me some small car I could use while the conducting their investigation, one of the senior staff said "they don't keep a fleet of cars to supply to every unhappy customer when they bring their car in"

I got shocked cos I had been informed already during the arrangement to drive to them that I can leave my vehicle while they investigating and that they do provide a car, which it was also said that it was available at the time of the arrangement, and was informed by one of the staff.

Now I would have to take leave from my work so they can investigation and repair a skorakora they sold me.

I know this can happen to any car brand hence I didn't worry when this started happening when I got the car and they said it will be taken care of any time.

But seeing how its been handled by this dealership, I would advise people to think twice about buying from this dealership.
