Disappointing experience

Serviced my car there yesterday and when I realised that a part I asked to be fixed wasn’t fixed, I went back to query about it. I’m now told to pay for labour even though the car was there the whole day and they could have done this. Really disappointing and incredibly infuriating that this is now on me when it was the first thing I mentioned before servicing. I wish I hadn’t referred anyone else there.
